Can i sue my school?
Can I sue my school because I was removed from the program because I was not enrolled (their fault). My school had changed location this year and my mother checked to see if i was enrolled prior to the beginning of the school year and double checked after I was absent the first 3 or 2 days of the school. So about a little over a month into the school year I am asked by one of my teachers to pick up a schedule from the front office since I wasn’t on her list. Turns out they say I am not enrolled and the school is packed right now and aren’t accepting me until someone else is kicked out. That same teacher has record I came in the school the 3rd or 4th day, and other teachers were calling my name for attendance. How was i ever supposed to know. So my question is
IF I END UP LOSING THIS WHOLE SEMESTER. CAN I SUE?
Feel free to text me. to expand my question etc…

You know, I’m not into the area of law. You may want to ask a lawyer for his/her advice. They have trained for a while in this area and they are more experienced than I am. Also, I think it would be a bit extreme to sue the school at this point, even though they were unjust in their actions
