Autobiography?
Okay, so i need help. in class we’re supposed to write an autobiography about ourselves. so usually i am able to do this. but i seem to b stuck now, and it’s due in about 2 days. all i need is sort of a prompt about what to write about myself and an opening sentence…cause serriously, i don’t want to write “My name is ___________.” as my fist sentence. that is just LAME.

many many years ago…when I faced this…I actually started by writing about my next birthday…and over the ‘day’ I used flashbacks…made it a more interesting way to weave together the bits and pieces of my past…
don’t know if that will work for you…but use it as a hook, find something about how you write it that makes it not the same boring stuff…

Think about an event that had a big impact on you; could be a happy event, a scary event or a sad event then go from there. I wouldn’t start off with “My name is________.”
Maybe you went into a haunted house when you were little; maybe you won a prize somewhere; maybe you moved away from a best friend.
