Writing Trait of Voice?
Hi folks. My English teacher handed back my narrative today which I got an A on. In addition she wrote ‘Great Voice.’ I’ve been looking up Voice but I’m kind of confused on what it is exactly.
1. What is voice with regard to writing?
2. What does ‘Great Voice’ mean?
3. How hard is voice to obtain as a writing trait?

I think it’s supposed to be something like the general tone of the narrator (objective, sympathetic, etc.) throughout the narration.
A “great voice” might mean that the voice your narrator is taking is apt to the content of the piece. For example, if you are making a news report, the voice in which you write the report should be as objective and unbiased as possible.
