When do you take Physics and Chemistry.?

Hi I’m in 10th grade and took regular biology last year. I’m wondering if I should take chemistry or physics this year. Do you need physics for chemistry assignments? Thanks

It should usually go like this, though some people don’t follow the order.

Biology, then Chemistry, then Physics. There is also advanced on the Bio too, but I guess you just need to be in the right school. I hear it’s more fun if you want to go up and above.

Also, physics doesn’t really have anything to do with chemistry. It’s more numerical other than elements and whatnot.

Okay well I’m in 10th grade too and last year I took Bio so this year I’m going to take Chemistry because that’s how my school requires it of you. You dint need physics for chemistry.

For my school, we take regulated science for grades 9 and 10, then get to choose specific science courses after that. I do know however, that you do not use any physics in chemistry assignments, or vice versa. They are sperate classes for a reason, and none are dependant on another.

in 9th i took biology, in 10th i took honors anatomy & physiology, in 11th i took chemistry, and in 12th im going to take physics. the anatomy one wasnt required but most of my class was doing it, so i did it and im glad cuz i found it very interesting. in the honors class, i ended up getting an A.

p.s. normally, physics is after chemistry so u dont need physics first.
