It’s a little rediculous and means little.
1)The devil isn’t in politics.
2) If he was a political figure he would be the one “inspiring”. He corrupts us not the other way round!
The phrase “Political aspiration of the devil” makes more sense.
It’s just a bunch of silly propaganda trying to demonize somebody.
