simnplify and express in negative exponents?

Simplify and express the following in positive exponents. 25x raised to the (-3/5) all divided by 27y raised to the (-2/5). Then all of that raised to the (5/7).

The given problem is…

25x^(-3/5)

————- … then all of that raised to the (5/7)

27y^(-2/5)

That is the same as…

25y^(2/5)

———— …. all raised to (5/7)…

27x^(3/5)

so now all you have to do is multiply both the power (2/5) by (5/7) which gives you 2/7… since the 5’s cancel out….

and multiply the power (3/5) by (5/7) so that you are left with 3/7 since the 5’s cancel out….

now you have

25y^(2/7)

————

27x^(3/7)

I really wish I could help, but like you, I’m pretty much clueless. In an attempt to make you feel better, however, I am adding one more comment that summarizes that problem: EWW.
