Binders VS. notebooks depends on the class and how many notes you’ll be taking. For example, you’ll probably need a bigger notebook for Math than English. Go with your first instinct, it’s usually right!

2-3 packs of loose leaf, college ruled paper.

Scientific calculator.

10-20 #2 pencils.

5-10 blue or black pens.

1-2 highlighters.

Student planner.

A binder to keep folders, etc in if you want one.

That should do it, unless you are taking geometry. If you are then you will also need a compass, protractor, and a ruler with inches and centimeters.
