what are the three macronutrient ingredients in fertilizer?

Well, there are usually more than three, and the exact mix would be determined by reading the label on the back of the bag. In general, fertilizer can contain boron, chlorine, cobalt, copper, iron, manganese, molybdenum, sodium, and zinc, all of which are considered plant micronutrients.
This is kind of like saying “what are the three ingredients in soup?”….because the answer is still going to be “well, it depends….”
