I think that moral/ethical boundaries are relative. That is, it depends on the beliefs, values, laws, etc. of the group that is using the technology.
That said, here are some ideas:
*stem-cell research
*cloning
*cryogenics
*genetic engineering of food, embryos, etc.
*email databases (where an organization sells your email address to other organizations…like how you get so much spam!)
*music copyright infrigement (a la Napster)
*plagarism (easy access to others’ work on the Internet)
*identity theft
