For this question you will have to make a simultaneous equation.
Let one integer be x, and the other y.
First equation: x-y= -11
or x= -11+y
Second equation: x+y= -3
substituting from the 1st equation: -11+y+y= -3
or 2y= 11-3
or y=4
x= -11+4
x=-7
