Plzzz help me w/ these problems!!!?

1)Find the height and the volume of a regular hexagonal pyramid with lateral edges 10 inches and base edges 8 inches. Show all work.

2)The measurements of the sides of a triangle are consecutive even integers, and the perimeter of the triangle is 72 inches. Find the length of the sides and find the area of the triangle. Show all work.

3)Find the volume of a prism that has a height of 11.2 centimeters and an equilateral triangle for a base, where each base edge measures 8 centimeters. Show all work.

1) The edge length of a hexagonal pyramid of height h is a special case of the formula for a regular n-gonal pyramid with n=6, given by e=sqrt(h^2+a^2), where a is the length of the base.

Therefore 10=sqrt(h^2+8^2)

100=h^2+64

36=h^2

h=6 inches

The volume is 1/2 * sqrt(3) * h * a^2

=1/2 * sqrt(3) * 6 * 8^2

=1/2 * sqrt(3) * 6 * 64

=192 * sqrt(3)

=332.6 cubic inches

2) Side 1 = x

Side 2 = x+2

Side 3 = x+2+2 = x+4

Therefore: x+(x+2)+(x+4)=72

3x+6=72

3x=66

x=22

Sides are 22, 24, and 26 inches

3) Volume = area of base * height

Area of equilateral triangle = s^2*sqrt(3)/4

Volume=(8^2*sqrt(3)/4) * 11.2

=(64*sqrt(3)/4) * 11.2

=16*sqrt(3)*11.2

=179.2*sqrt(3)

=310.4 cubic centimeters
