supply and demand analysis need help!?

lets assume that the number of CD sold in the markets has more than quadrupled over the past three years, the average price of a CD how ever, has fallen, use demand and supply analysis to explain this phenomenon.

The higher the demand, the cheaper the unit price is to produce something as you can spread your fixed costs across a greater number of products.

So, increased demand has led to higher production and therefore lower unit costs. The manufacturers have ever so kindly passed this cost saving on to the consumers LOL !!!!
