Here’s a good one… you know how if you buy a soda and in California you can get 5 cents per bottle if you take it to a recycle place but if you put it in the bin at your home you get nothing? You can propose a “Green Bottle Refund” where if you utilize the recycle bins at you house you get a credit on your garbage bill. Hey also, they charge for the rental of the recycle bins. If California really wanted to go green, ban the charge for recycle bin rentals to encourage their use…

Here’s a hot political issue…. get elderly people out from behind the wheel ’cause they keep crashing into stuff. There was another one this weekend in Vegas that crashed into the Harley Davidson Restaurant.

Why is it illegal to do something that does not harm anyone else?

Propose a bill that eliminates public nudity laws. Lewd or lavicious behavior can remain illegal, but why should it be illegal to go skinny dipping on the beach?

Find something you want to do but cannot do because it is illegal, and make a bill to eliminate that law.

Pass a resolution saying lawmakers cannot give themselves raises (state law since 28th amendment already prohibit US congress from doing so).

Pass a bill to eliminate day light savings time. The sun remains in the sky for the same amount of time regardless if we set our clocks forward or backwards.

Have California declare war on Oregon.
