Question about english grammar, comma’s and more! Help!?

Hi I am in a machine transcription class & I had to type some papers & I’m wondering if anyone could help me find the errors in the paper like grammar, puncuation or anything really. Thanks so much!

1st paper~ We are going to make a few changes in the health plan we now offer. The econmony plan and the standard health plan-both of these will be affected please note that the deductibles out-of-pocket maximum and life time maximum benefit have gone up slightly.

Please refer to the 20 pages of information that were distributed yesterday regarding these chagnes. We will have a meeting at 2 p.m. next Thursday to discuss these changes.

2nd~ It was a pleasure to meet you today at the seminar on time management.Enlcosed is a brochure explainging our money market account. This short-term, high-yield accout is very popular with our customers. In 2007, 618 money market account were opened in the first six months. This rate is set each Monday, and this week it is paying 7.25 percent.

Never use ‘s to create a plural. This is the firstr rule in the handbook of grammar.

As to those papers, second one, third to last sentence. no comma, take it out.

in the first one,you spelled economy wrong.add a period after the word affected.changes was spelled wrong.in the second one,explaining is spelled wrong.add an s to account(3rd setence).
