Professional Summary Format?

I am working on an Honors English assignment for Highschool. One of the assignments requirements is to make one summary for each chapter of an assigned book. I am having trouble on this trouble because the only way I know how to summarize a chapter sounds to monotone to repeat it for 30 chapters… Anyone have a less monotone Summary format then this:

Chapter [Chapter Number] of the book [Book], by [Author], [tells, describes, etc.] how [Main theme].]

use those same things but mix them up maybe say the (main theme) (chapter) (book) then the (author) then (describes) etc just mix it up sure you’re basically saying the same thing but by switching the order it can make it more interesting…to get ideas go on sparknotes and see how they summarize things.
