Points A B and C arre on level grounf. A is the foot of a vertical flagpole AT height 20 m. AB = 30m . AC = 47 m and
Favorite Answer
First ignore the fact that BAC=125deg because its trying to mislead you. Then subtract AB from A (AB-A{30-20}) to get what B equals.
30-20=10. So B=10m.
Now take AC and subtract it from A (AC-A{47-20}) to get what C equals.
47-20=27. So C=27m.
Now add B and C to get BC.
10m+27m=37m. So BC=37m.
And there is no formula to convert meters to degrees. And if the teacher doesn’t believe you or your sister then have the teacher Google it and try to find a conversion method.
for that second trig question.. i believe angle A and the other one is 45 degrees since its a right triangle. so to find AC i forgot which one you use if its sin,cos or tan.. i know the rule is SOHCAHTOA but i forgot what it means..sorry
