Why don’t you work up to it by selling other instruments first – organs are just not as popular as they once were… 😀
Why don’t you donate your brain to science – after you’ve gone.
In the meantime – why don’t you commit all of the organs and the associated connective tissue in your body to doing something useful that someone will pay you for – IT’S CALLED WORK. Just about everyone has to do that and some lucky people actually enjoy the social interaction part.
If you’re any good at it (or even if you’re not), you get paid and you can then use that money to buy things.
