Oh my gosh. I tried to read the whole article to help but it is so boring. I just can’t finish it. I did get that Japan is holding off on raising its interest rates due to the fact that the US is dropping its interest rates due to the slump in the mortgage industry. Or something like that. I am sorry. I really tried. hopefully some one else can help.

read and put into your own words. Just that easy, no wrong way to do it. They are only testing whether or not you can express what you read. Doesn’t have to sound like the news paper article, just like you read it. I read one half and got bored. Have always been an A student when it came to english, gramar and other courses which fall under the category English, and this is what I know for this situation. Put it into your words.
