I can’t write it for you… but I can help
how to write it:
First make a vocab list of the words and their definitions and synonyms. Then go ahead and come up with a topic to write about it. Then try to write the paragraph using the synonyms (that you are familiar with). Then go back through and replace the synonyms with the words you have to use!
hopefully that helps a little.

The strongest cessation arose as Julie scuttled hurriedly toward the street to thwart Bobby’s action. A nimble boy of 3, he is the typical boy:Into everything and exploring his world. Therefore, Julie must deter some of his activities such as exploring the stove with his head in it. The scoldings never hamper, preclude, or cause an obstruction to his world. He doesn’t procrastinate to “dive right in” to the next new thing encountered. The mark of a well-developed child, his curosity never subsides, and each adventure, as mandated by his actions, much commence with excitement.

All in one paragraph? Goodness! One of the areas that might fit those words is something to do with a court proceeding involving a celebrity (and the brity might give you a clue…..)- you could talk about obstruction of justice, procrastination in following court orders, scuffle with the papparazzi, etc.
