Phrase Use and Sentence Type?
I’m trying to find out how the prepositional phrase “to every creature” is used in the following sentence:
Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. (Is it an averb modifying preach? Can you please explain)
I’m also trying to find out if the following sentence is simple, compound, complex, or compound-complex:
Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God. (Is it complex?)
Thank you for any help you can give!

1. yes it is an adverb prepositional phrase modifying preach bc/ it is telling WHO to preach to and adverbs can answer who the verb is being modified.
2. i cant find a dependent clause. i would say there was one independent/main clause so it is simple i believe!
