Start out by distributing the negative in front of the -(7x^5-4x^4-3x)

you get: -7x^5+4x^4+3x

Now write the whole thing with the new information:

9x^5-2x^4-3x-7x^5+4x^4+3x

Combine like terms: 9x^5-7x^5=2x^5

-2x^4+4x^4=2x^4

-3x+3x=0

Now rewrite what you have left over:

2x^5+2x^4 <======final answer Edit: Did you leave out any information?
