Where did Shakespeare deviate from original history or Plutarch??????

I wont do your work for you, but I will tell you that Shakespeare’s primary source for Julius Caesar was a translation of Plutarch’s Lives of the Noble Grecians and Romans.
I’m assuming you’ve read Julius Caeser, yes? Preferably, you’ve seen the play, yes? And, since your teacher asked you to answer this, may I also assume you’ve read the work by Plutarch? Why do you think a *playwrite* would deviate from the original history?
