Two factories have a median weekly wage of $ 45. In factory A, the difference between the first and second quartiles is $ 10 and the difference between the second and third quartileile is $ 5. In factory B, the difference between the first and second quartiles is $ 5 and the difference between the second and third quartile is $ 10. Which factory seems to be a more attractive place of work on the basis of the information available?

well.. to me it looks like factory B wud be better cuz there you can see betterment of wages rather than deterioration..

i would have to say factory B because it appears that you will get a bigger raise after working there long enough
