Lack of supplies can directly or indirectly affect the quality of education being delivered.

Basic infrastructure is a must if we have to provide quality education. Schools should adopt a system where all the supplies can be easily tracked and distributed efficiently.

I think it would be easier for you proceed by preparing a list of supplies. i.e pen pencil, Board marker, computer etc.

and try to see how it can effect if there is a short supply.

You already gave an example of a book.

If you do not have pen. Chances are that the kid will ask from the neighbors and they will only give once they are finished…….Something like that.
