Ok, so I’m not really sure where the question is. I hope you are writing your papers better than this question was written, otherwise, it appears that the content doesn’t matter much since you will receive a maximum point deduction for grammar, spelling and the like.
Anyway, so it seems that you are trying to contrast the prince versus utopia. Well, a utopian society is one where everyone is treated equally. Everyone has the right to an education and those wonderful things.
In a machiavellian society, the sovereign is the one in charge. He makes the rules. He decides who can do what.
It’s similar to a modern day democracy in comparison to a modern day dictatorship.
