It is difficult to know a person, especially through an essay written by the person him/her self. It is like a pencil sketch, a paper cutout, an abstraction as it were. The multidimensional personality, warts and all, will be known only after a long interaction. Still it will do as an entree, so to speak. Let me get down to it without more ado.

There it is. Or there I am. In black and white. It is curious that in the very act of putting together such a document in pitiless letters, I feel that I have learnt a bit more about myself. Thanks for letting you know me.

When I try to write something about myself.. I think of something that goes along with me. I’ll use myself as an example; when I was in high school, each year I had saved atleast one person from suicide. So the entrance of my essay would be describing what I looked like, as a mini-superwoman.

Think of who you are. If your a scientist, use your imagination and make a cackling scientist mixing potions and go from there. If you are a atheltic, think of yourself as skiing through a terrain and the snow blinding your way to the finish line. You know what Im getting.

And the ending? Just end it as you repeating your points and then comment on the future and how your life affects you.
