I need a answer and a question to sumthing about leg muscle distance.

with a website<-so i can put it in my sources. i need a website with everything. why jumping is important for cheerleadingg? <- with website. and anything that has to do with cheerleading thats has to do with jumps. with a website included!

MUSCLE DESCRIPTION MAIN MUSCLE ACTION

QUADRICEPS

A group of muscles lying on the front of the thigh. To straighten the leg.

HIP FLEXORS

Two muscles that connect part of the lower spine and hip bone to the top of the thigh. To lift the leg to the front.

ADDUCTORS

A group of muscles lying on the inside of the thigh. To move the leg towards the mid-line of the body.
