for me, i find writing liberating; it is a way of freely expressing myself as passionately as i like. sometimes i cringe at what ive written, and other times im damn well glad i wrote something. so i would sy that to me, writing is like a good argument.

some people find writing a struggle and cant write what they are thinking(eg many dyslxic people). writing is a hindrance if anything. therefore they might say that writing is like being stranggled; it chokes you.

If you enjoy it, compare it to something else you enjoy. There are some people who like to write and get lost in it like people get lost in a book.

If you don’t like it, then compare it to something that you don’t like, such as being grounded. That you feel as though it is a punishment.
