You have to multiply the number of circles by 10. The explanation is below.

For the first one, there are five circles. Well, if you add another five circles (to make a total of ten circles), you will have 2/10.

Therefore, you would have a total of 50 circles in order to make 10/10 (which equals one).

An easier way to figure it out is take the number of circles (5) and multiply it by 10 (because 10/10 equals one).

Continue to do this for the next two problems. Count the number of circles and multiply that number by 10.
