2x+6-2x+1/(2x-1)(x+3)≤0
7/(2x-1)(x+3)≤0
for this to be true then
2x-1≤0 and x+3≥0
x≤1/2 and x≥-3
or
2x-1≥0 and x+3≤0
x≥1/2 and x≤-3 which would be impossible
so your solution is -3≤x≤½
