Help w/ Relations? Please?

Please, I have the answers to the problems but just have no idea why they are so. (especially the graphs)

x and y are integers. Find the domain of the relation and draw its graph. Is the relation a function?

( by lyl i mean, the absolute value of y

and <= means less than or equal to) ***okay the problem is {(x,y): lyl = x and x <= 3} I know how to figure out if its a function or not. but, how am I supposed to graph it? I don't understand how you would know what points to graph if y or x has the absolute value sign. and why does the graph only consist of points and not lines? the graphed answer has 7 points: (3,3) (2,2) (1,1) (0,0) (1,-1) (2,-2) (3,-3) the domain is {0,1,2,3) but why? I don't know how to figure that out by looking at the equations. I am so confused. Serious help would be very much appreciated.

The domain is just the set of all possible x values. So it’s 0, 1, 2, 3. x can’t be negative since |y| would not equal a negative, and it can’t be a fraction since it has to be an integer. This is also why it’s only points and not a line; a line would include all the fractions in between the points.
