Help on “Compare and Contrast” Essay?
Im doing a report on Aristotle and Plato. I have to mention their forms of government, and start wrapping up with comparing and contrasiting their beliefs.
Now, I have the comparisons down, but contrasting is very confusing. The two philosophers had many different beliefs, but they never were “opposite” beliefs. (e.g Plato believed this should be allowed, while the other said that should be allowed) It was more like a “Plato believed strongly in societies” but the other had no amends to be made on it, nor did he disagree on it either.

Compare: “The two philosophers had many different beliefs, but they never were “opposite” beliefs.”
You already have it. Just expound on it. Your thoughts are important on the subject. Write that they didn’t have opposing views as much as they were concerned with different subjects. That’s all part of your essay.
