You’d have to go to college and study marine biology first, and meanwhile get a job/internship at a local zoo or with a marine biology research group.
They’re not going to let just anybody waltz in off the street, take a few hours’ lesson, and then throw them in a tank with a killer whale.

And then, go to school! The people that do this are very well trained marine biologists with at LEAST four years of college, if not more! After that, I’m sure they’ve completed several major internships AND lesser jobs.
