I have read To Kill A Mockingbird and Farenheit 451 for my summer reading books and it asks what is a distinguishing characteristic of the work (author’s style). Can you help me on this? I have tried really hard and cant get it. thanks!

I’ve only read “To Kill a Mockingbird,” but I think a distinguishing characteristic of the work means along the lines of what stands out. For instance, the point of view in “Mockingbird” is interesting because it’s told through the eyes of a child but deals with very adult material. Hope that helps.

the most disgusting part of the book. Hey don’t worry that’s easy, I have to read three books this summer.

For TKM talk about the point of view. For F451, you could talk about how it is divided into parts (and the significance of this). I can’t really remember much else about it stylewise.
