Since you work there you will eat a lot of it and you will get fat and unhealthy.

You don’t get paid much unless you own the place which is unlikely.

It’s repetitive, the same old routine day to day.

You don’t learn anything – no math skills since the cash register does it for you – except you might learn how to not burn a burger (not very useful unless you want to be a chef. and if you did want to be a chef I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t burn a burger_

The pay is lousy; you get either an opening or a closing shift; you are always short-staffed on your shift; your manager is some 15-year old ******; your frequent customers think that you are supposed to memorize their orders for them; your jerk customers try the $20/$10 bill swap and think they’re being “original”; the bathroom reeks, but you’re too busy to clean it up anyway, because you’re short-staffed, oh wait I mentioned that already; you refer customer complaints to the latino grill guy because he has been working there longer than the manager has been on this earth; if the latino grill guy gets PO’d and walks out, the kitchen screeches to a halt because nobody knows how to make a big mac…

Yeah, that sums it up…

But advantages? Its a job and if you work somewhere like Maccas they have the best staff training programm and employers LOVE seeing that on your resume!

it doesnt matter what job you do as long as you are doing a job. Let your friends raze you, then go do something with your check.

In the mean time, apply at other places.
