Use your textbook or sites like these to come up with ideas.

Obviously, it would be highly difficult to come up with words that rhyme with “ecosystem” or “circulatory”, so as you write your poem, place the tricky words inside phrases that end with common terms.
Example:
In living things, the building blocks are all called cells
Some have special functions and different organelles
