In your case, we know that the sunflower is going to reach 3m and we know that it grows 30cm per week. 1 centimeter is 1/100th of a meter, so it grows .30m/week.
Maximum Growth Growth Rate Time
3.00m .30m/week ? weeks.
To solve this, you will need an equation: I would assume that Growth * Weeks = MaxGrowth
so .30m * X weeks = 3.00m or .30x = 3.00m
Then you divide the .30m from each side and end up with
x = 10 weeks.
Hope this helps figure your other problems out.
therefore, 3m = 300cm so if you divide 300cm by 30cm it will give you the amount of weeks it will take the sunflower to reach 3m, which is 10 wks ☻
every week it grows 30 c”m (starting from zero)
and 3 m equal to 300 c”m
so the equation is:
30*x=300
so
x=10
30m/ .30cm= 100 weeks
that’s what i think, hope i helped
