Let’s see, Hertz is wavelengths/second. Light travels, of course at the speed of light. Can’t remember what the speed of light is but am pretty sure that it’s 300,000 km/s. In scientific notation, that’s 3 x 10^5 km/s
Divide the distance of Earth to the sun by the speed of light and that will give you the time it takes the light wave to travel.
Multiply that times 1.9 x 10^14 to get the number of wavelengths. If I am figuring this out correctly, it should take something on the order of 5 x 10^2 or (500) seconds.
