Just a guess, but 000 is not a number. That is the only mistake that I see. Best wishes!!

It is not an error, just a bulletin post started by someone who wants people to re-post it. There are a lot of bulletin’s like this which are basically spam.

If this is a real math question and not one of those riddles you have to figure out,the answer that I came up with is ,It is a probability,which is the MARGIN OF ERROR. check this out it might be of some relief.Just copy the website to your browser.
