Dear DW, first of all I was looking for ‘declamation’ in a dictionary and I could find. There are ‘declaratory’, and ‘declaration’, only. If you have to deliver a speech, you need to think about your audience: age, education, place where it is going to be read, the date (maybe it something special), then try to find what kind of contribuition can you give to your audience. Put your feelings in your words and let it flow. Before delivering it, ask a good friend of yours to take a look and give his or her opinion. Then change what you think it is necessary. But while delivering it, show confidence.
