f'(x) = [(x^2) d/dx(2x^3 – 1) – (2x^3 – 1) d/dx(x^2)]/(x^2)^2
You should be able to get it from there.

It’s “low ‘d’ high less high ‘d’ low”
Then draw the line and down below
Denominator squared will go.
“Low” is the denominator. “High” is the numerator. “‘d'” is derivative.
