ok, so i have two questions for you guys, whoever gets them right first gets the points!!! They both have to do with the French and Indian War…
1) Why did the French and English compete for having the Indians as allies?
2) In the end, who did the Native Americans side with?

The Indians already had a positive relationship with the French from the beginning. The English knew that the Indians would help the French if they went to war, and so they tried to get the Indians to side with them. In the end the Indians sided with the French; however, after many years the Indians learned that no one could be trusted.
