This assumes that all of the 100 kg can be converted to energy.
Since E = mc^2, and c=3.0×10^8 m/s
E = 100 kg * (3.0 x10^8 m/s)^2
= 100 * 9 x 10^16 kg m^2/s^2
= 9 x 10^18 J
To compare this with explosives, you need to find the amount of energy released in the chemical reaction of detonating 1 ton (approx. 1000 kg) of TNT.
Atomic bombs are measured in terms of kilotons and megatons. Take this number and divide it into 9 x 10^18 J.
Good luck
