just working on the basics and in order of how you presented it. since you are working with a percentage for the cpp it will depend on if its taken out first or last but here it goes

40 x 2.9 = 116

2.9 x 1.5 = 4.35 x 2 =8.7

116 + 8.7 =124.7

124.7 x .052 = 6.48

124.7 – 6.48 = 118.22

118.22 – 10.9 = 107.32

107.32 – 3.25 = 104.07
