Your english sounds good enough for you to create your own opening scene. The question sounds like your teacher wants you to use your powers of observation and through that develop some ability to describe what you see. Just be factual. “The sky is blue, the trees have no leaves and the sun is just at the angle where it glares in my eyes.” Something like that. What is around you, what activity do you observe, what color is everything, where is everything, in front of you, behind you? Is there sidewalk, flowers, squirrels, birds, sounds of the street? Only you can make your own scene, so go for it, have fun.

I’m guessing if this is for homework your teacher only wants to work out your skills and how well you use imagery and such.

If you hand in a magnificent piece you did not do yourself and then have to do something else in class, which doesn’t even compare, I’m guessing he/she won’t be impressed.

Just watch a movie with a haunted house and write down what you see etc.

Whatever you write, use spell check. I think you need to practice on spelling and punctuation. These are some things that are vital to any good report. And,,where is your question? This is just a request for somebody to do your homework for you. Pay attention in class, you might learn how to answer these for someone else someday.
