because culture is an ever-changing habit of people. as new species are added to the earth, (or in humans case – just new people lmao) the surrounding species or people adjust to their presence. culture in america (if you can honestly say that america has ANY culture at all) is different from when it was 1865. As technologies advance, and opportunities arise from all angles, the people living on the world will not ignore the changes, they will adjust – making their culture fit more to their needs.

A culture can never be a finished product.

There are always going to be consistent changes within cultures. Even if something has stuck for a long time, it will eventually change due to the factors surrounding the evolving world. With that being said, anything can be a dynamic force. I don’ tknow the exact reasoning or answer to why culture is considered a dynamic force, but I suppose it could be.

But it’s never a finished product.

At any point in time, culture is a finished product, but as time continues to move, culture becomes a continuum, changing to meet the needs of the changing society.
