Should i do home school?
I’m a senior but i am behind in credits, and i have a job, i wouldn’t mined doing home school for just one Semester, do you think that would help me, im only behind 10 credits and since i have an evening job night school is not an option…. do you think home schooling would help me or the other type of schooling where you go once a week to pick up and packet and do test/quizzes i gotta convince my mom how do i do so…

Homeschooling might help. Since you are so close to being done, then yes, do the home-study version. You might also see if there’s a way for you to do packets or correspondence in addition to being in school. If they are self-paced, you could work on them on the weekends or whenver you’ve got some time after your regular homework. You might also consider seeing if there are weekend credit classes or think about summer school. Of course, the other option is to just allow yourself to finish school a little later.
Basic homeschooling for just one semester, though, could be complicated and there is no guarantee that the high school would accept your credits. Furthermore, if you did the semester as your last semester of school, then the school isn’t the one giving you a diploma anyhow–it’s your parents. So, you would have stopped going to school to meet school requirements for credits that are no longer applicable because you are no longer registered as a student in that school. Make sense? So, if you do it, do make sure it’s the study packets, if available where you live.

I would talk to your school counselor if this is high school or academic advisor if college. That sounds like way too many credit to complete in a single year. Colleges go by credit hours, high school by credits.
If it is college then just ignore me then.

heck yes, my two daughters did it and it was the best thing for them!you seem like you have a full schedule and that you take on responsibility well and doing home schooling will lighten your load as you wont be wasting time at school, you do it at your pace and can be done quickly, Diploma in hand! good luck!

It does kinda sound like a good idea..as long as you did the work during the day and not goof off by playing video games like you boys do nowadays..
