I’m home-schooled and i joined an online school when i was ten and i didn’t like it, but now, i’m in 8th grade and i’m not doing so well in school and i want to go back to the online school but i don’t think my mom will let me.

Talk to your mom. Explain the pros and cons of you attending the online school again and see what she says. The worst she will say is no, but without talking to her there is no chance she will allow it for sure.
