i have a gre score of 1440 and toefl score of 290/300 .want to know universities which offer good financial aid where i don’t have to pay any fee.

The amount of funds available through the Federal Government are the same for every school in the program. As for origination fees, contact banks for their loan disclosure (the small print) to see what fees are charged and how much.
Because the interest rates as so low on these loans it will be very hard to find a lender who doesn’t take a cut off the top. But look at it this way, you will save on long term interest by using the Federal Student Loan Program.
