Please help me!!?
I dont know what to do with the rest of my life. My heart tells me not to go to community college and move to LA and go to film school but my parents dont want to to go. also money is tight and i will have to take out student loans. Please help any advise will help.

If you dont’ currently live in CA, your best option is to go to a community college for awhile to get college credits, and then transfer to your University of choice. However, make sure that those credits will transfer first!
California is very expensive in terms of cost of living and tuition, especially for just an undergrad degree. FInancially, you’ll be better off getting an AA or AS, and then transferring to a university for your last 2 yrs.

Most likely you will have to take out student loans no matter what. I am in a situation where I have signed a lease for an apt at one school but at the last minute (a week before) I want to go to another college. I have taken out student loans and get very little help from federal loans. You might try applying for scholarships as well.
If I were you I would go where your heart tells you. Also, community colleges can only do so much for you and probably won’t have a film major for you. Good luck with everything and if you need anything else feel free to email.
